Approached by Rogue Events, Trinity Set and Stage were set the task of designing and building an experiential activation for B&Q Spring/Summer Launch 2013.
The creative process began with building curved walls, floating shelves and integrating an existing bar to showcase the B&Q new product range.
Trinity were also briefed to deliver over 700 painted jam jars, after developing 160 unique colours from scratch. After some interesting paint experiments, Trinity achieved the required results and an amazing spectrum of colours. Bespoke shelving units were built to display the jam jars, enhanced by LED strip lighting.
The event was held at the iconic Centre Point Building in the Paramount Bar offering exhilarating views across London.
Restricted access and a small passenger lift proved to be a challenge for the rig/derig, plus there was the task of transporting the colossal amount of jam jars securely. In true Trinity style these hurdles were successfully overcome.
