Originally, Jägermeister wanted us to buy and design the van but then they re-approached us saying that they would supply us with a van they had previously used for a similar project. However, they wanted a completely new concept, so our designer went all out to give them a van that is worthy of the Jägermeister name.
The design called for two bars to be made, LED lighting, a display case, hand painted art work in the interior, and vinyl design on the exterior. Once our client approved of the design we created they delivered the van to our Uxbridge workshop for the operation to begin.
Not only were we responsible for the appearance of the van but also for the functionality of the vehicle. So before even touching the visual aspects, the van had to be inspected by a mechanic. Everything that was broken or missing had to be replaced with identical car parts.
After the mechanics of the van were finished, the workshop installed two bars in the ice-cream van with tap and ice wells.
The outside of the van was then covered in a vinyl design, new hubcaps and metal work. For the interior artwork we had one of our painters create a background that went with the back light of the LED. The art design also incorporated the flair of Jägermeisters iconic forest element.
