Trinity designed and fitted a beautiful Californian Winery themed bar for the rooftop terrace for Savage Garden in the DoubleTree Hilton hotel, Tower Bridge, London. The new design of the space was meant to brighten up the old bar and make it more appealing for outside companies to hire the space privately. Trinity was then also asked to help Savage Garden furnish some brand new bespoke furniture for the outdoor terrace.

The brief came in at the beginning of 2019 and was fitted and ready to enjoy for the Great British spring weather in April. Trinity wanted to use the space to its highest advantage and retain the openness and the beautiful views of London cityscape, yet create a cosy and snug impression.
The project was split into two areas. The first was to simulate the “outdoor” feeling of a Californian winery. In this space, we made 5 bespoke pergolas with planters covered in green vines, creating an open relaxing space, filled with benches and tables for guests to remove themselves from the busy streets below.
The Second area was designed to depict the inside of a wine cellar. We created canyon stone brick waling graphics to simulate a cosy feel for guests. This was further emphasised by the wine barrel graphics and bespoke wine barrel poseur tables with laser etched branding to create a rustic, worn feel to the space.
Another feature that we created, was the entrance to the bar itself. As you walk towards the space, there are two walls with grand iron gates, similar to the gates at an actually Californian winery. We also made a frame for a stunning graphic of grape fields to ‘set the scene’ and had the same fake canyon stone wall cladded to the stair banisters.
Overall it took Trinity 3 days to install and was an amazing job to do and a beautiful place to work. The space is now open and ready for bookings so if your lucky enough you could be having you meeting in the next best thing to going to California!
Check out their instagram @savagegardenldn for more images of the space and events coming up. I hear their doggy brunch is something you can’t miss!
Also make sure you watch this space because Trinity might be returning for a Winter addition…
