1. Spit & Roast

We kickstart our top 5 with none other than Spit & Roast. Founded by the dynamic East London duo Ross Gardner & Justin Unsworth, these gentlemen are driven by a passion for all things rotisserie. Having both left their previous jobs to pursue a more simplistic lifestyle Ross & Justin created something wonderful, a chicken shop on wheels!
But this isn’t just any chicken shop, Spit & Roast only use the finest ingredients, creating a much healthier product than their competitors.
To seal the deal in being the best in the business Spit & Roast work from a converted Ford that serves as their kitchenette making them ready for any occasion. So be on the look out for Spit & Roast this summer and be sure to let us know when you need a new van boys!
2. Perky Blenders
Perky Blenders is asmall batch coffee company looking to shake the foundations of the coffee experience. Making great coffee is but one part of Perky Blenders repertoire.
Perky Blenders is looking to make a difference, this can be seen on their website where each batch of coffee carries information relating to the altitude, harvest date and location of production. All whilst ensuring their farmers are paid above the fair-trade minimum.
Staying one step ahead of the competition Perky Blenders even have a monthly subscription service if you want to take their great taste home. For those with itchy feet that love getting out and about your in luck as Perky love popping up at weddings and local festivals all over the country. Perky Blenders is not one to forget.
3. Fire & Dough

Finding an average Pizza at a festival is easier than finding a tent that isn’t yours. Thankfully Fire & Dough are here to save us from doughy disasters. Using a beautifully restored horse box with a custom built wood-fired oven, Fire & Dough are delivering authentic Neapolitan pizzas that make you feel like you’re in the heart of Napoli.
Through the use of traditional techniques Fire & Dough can create up to 70 pizzas an hour which means less time queuing and more time listening to your favourite artists! Fire & Dough’s vintage emerald green horse box sticks out like a sore thumb, as do their pizzas.
4. The Rum Runner

No one sells vintage and class quite like The Rum Runner. When it comes to cocktails The Rum Runner and its staff go above and beyond in almost every fashion.
Wether its your standard Mojito or an in house creation the Rum Runner is determined to compose cocktails that are delicious and unforgettable by harnessing flavours from all over the world.
Housing their cocktail creations is The Rum Runner itself, a vintage American Airstream trailer that encapsulates their vision of being an iconic staple at the forefront of festival beverages. Keep your fingers crossed they’ll be at you favourite summer event.
5. iRoll

On a hot day in summer there’s nothing quite like a big bowl of ice cream. iRoll have decided that this just isn’t good enough. With the desire to take ice cream to the next level iRoll infuse traditional Thai techniques and classic flavours to create a unique and tasty product. Keeping up with current food trends iRoll can do Kosher, Gluten free, Halal and Nut free catering! Popping up all over the capital this summer swing by to grab yourself a scoop of the finest!
