Creating an event with Trinity Set & Stage
Have you ever wondered how the theme of an event is created? Who does the planning, designing, and construction to make an abstract idea come into reality? We at Trinity Set and Stage take all the necessary steps to ensure that our cliental have their vision achieved.
Each event is different, as is each brand or company behind the event. With different styles bring different needs, which is why our bespoke set building skills can target exactly what you need, rather than limiting what you need to fit us.
Planning
Most of our clients who want a set built for their event have an idea of what they want the finished project to look like, as well as its purpose and functions. It’s important to have as much detail as possible ready for an enquiry; we ask what type of event you are creating, its duration, location, budget requirements and if there are any special requests that need to be incorporated. Clients can relay this information over the phone, via email or in person in a face to face meeting to answer any question they may have.

Design
If the client comes to us with the idea and design, that’s great, and if they come with only an idea with no designs, that’s also great. Trinity has an amazing team who can design and create an event set from even the smallest idea. One of past client was Warner Bros. who approached us with a job to create the set for the European premier of JK Rowling’s Fantastic Beasts.
A member of our design team signed a non-disclosure form so that they could watch the movie before its public debut. This gave the designer an idea of what Warner Bros wanted for the set in Leicester Square because when they approached us they didn’t have a specific idea or design of what they wanted. The outcome of this was the suitcase that represented the main character unleashing magical creatures into the streets of New York causing chaos.
Construction
Once the idea and design has be solidified with our office team in Soho everything is sent to the construction site in Uxbridge. All of the sets are built by the hand of experience set builders who work with techniques such as CNC Cutting, Plastic Fabrication, and Poly Carving.
Once the set has been completed our team delivers the finished product to the client and sets it up at the location and deconstructs it once the event is finished. Or if our client wishes to keep the set they can do so at their own discretion.
