Exciting product launch for a company called Vype who supply vaping products across the globe. Grass Roots Meetings & Events approached us to complete this build within a short time frame, turning it around in just a few days.

Working at 2 different venues we split our team to divide and conquer to get the job done. One included a conference set up with display plinths showcasing their products. Our client wanted to create an immersive experience that would tantalise the sense so we created some scented smoke machines inside the plinths in flavours such as coffee and watermelon.

Across the road we created an entrance to the venue like no other, fixing multi-coloured tubes of foam to the walls meaning people had to push their way through. Upon entry they would find a long dining table decorated like magical woodlands with a large cloud ‘raining’ above them.

A fun, creative project to be involved with for all and we enjoyed working with Grass Roots once again.
