Welcome to the Savoy…

At Trinity, we have worked with many clients at a range of great venues over the years. This February, we are delighted to officially announce our link as a preferred supplier for the iconic Savoy hotel in central London. Opening in the late 19th century, it has seen many famous people pass through its doors from the Beatles to Marilyn Monroe. It has always offered a premium service to all guests and we’re thrilled to be associated with their reputation and history.

Starting with Warner Music’s Brit Awards After Party this month, we will continue to work with the hotel and any clients who require our services. Do you want to hold a wedding, party, conference or any other event at one of the greatest venues in the country? Contact us today to find out about our preferential rates and discounted room offers.

Perfectly placed on the banks of the Thames, in the heart of one of the city’s most cosmopolitan areas. The Savoy welcomes guests for a quintessential London experience that blends elegant traditions with a modern luxe. This iconic hotel continues to improve with age, thanks in part to a recent restoration that was among the most ambitious in British history. Brilliantly reinvented for the 21st century where an unashamedly old fashioned glamour sparkles with a new luster. The hotel has played host to royalty, world leaders and legends of the stage and screen

Within the world-famous entrance lies some of the most well-known restaurants and bars in London alongside magnificent and varied meeting space. Kaspar’s Seafood Bar and Grill offers an informal yet luxury all-day dining experience within an elegant Twenties-style setting featuring a show-stopping seafood bar and panoramic views of the River Thames and London landmarks. Great British fixtures at The Savoy include the Savoy Grill and Simpson’s-in-the-Strand. And the most favoured of British traditions, Afternoon Tea, continues to this day in the Thames Foyer. And as day becomes night, the Beaufort Bar provides a theatrical setting for champagne, cocktails and cabaret and the American Bar, with its reputation as one of the world’s best hotel bars, harks back to the golden age of cocktails in the 1920’s.

The Savoy also offers magnificent and varied meeting space and has traditionally been one of London’s most eminent venues and is rich in history and charm. The 3 imposing Banqueting Rooms are well known for hosting grander affairs while the 6 Private Rooms are ideal for more intimate gatherings. The Private Rooms are all named after Gilbert & Sullivan operas with the most historic being Pinafore. This is the room where Sir Winston Churchill founded his dining club, the Other Club, in 1911. Traditionally the serving British Prime Minister has always attended a meeting of the Other Club and their portraits hang in this room alongside a bust of Churchill. The hotel boasts a separate River Entrance on a quiet road on the Thames side of the building that gives events a real sense of arrival. Guests are welcomed by the hotel’s experienced events team who can help plan each event down to the smallest detail.
